The calculators, results, and content on this site are for general education and planning only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, medical, nutrition, or construction advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, lender, or medical provider. Always talk with a qualified professional before making decisions about your money, taxes, health, or property.

Estimates may be wrong

Results depend on the numbers you enter and on simplified assumptions, such as steady rates of return, inflation, and tax rules. Tax figures, limits, and laws change, and we cannot guarantee that every figure is current. Real outcomes will differ. Do not rely on the site as your only source for any decision.

Your data and backups

Your entries are stored only in your browser on your own device. We cannot recover them if they are lost, for example if you clear your browser data. You are responsible for keeping backup files if you want them. See Your data and backups.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available at all times or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MoneyLifeCalc and its owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its results. If any liability is found despite this, it is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, copying it in bulk, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site's text, design, and code are owned by MoneyLifeCalc and protected by copyright. You may use the calculators for your own personal purposes and share links to our pages. Company names mentioned belong to their owners and do not imply any endorsement. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Links, ads, and partners

The site may show ads and link to other websites, including partners who may pay us a commission. We are not responsible for other websites' content, products, or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
